2. CorsairCoins
CORSAIRBAND offers the possibility of using the CorsairCoins service. Through this, users obtain the right to trade in the CorsairCoins acquired through the services and products determined by CORSAIRBAND. In no case can the CorsairCoins service be used outside the ambit of CORSAIRBAND, as they do not constitute a true currency, but are a purely digital application which functions exclusively for acquiring products or services owned by CORSAIRBAND, and which are determined in advance.
2.1 Ambit of use
The CorsairCoins service can be used internationally. However, the trade-in offers may be extended or restricted, depending on the country of residence.
2.2. Who can use the service
To use this service, users must be registered at worldofdragons.com.
2.3. Acquiring CorsairCoins
Purchase. CorsairCoins can be purchased using a credit card or a Paypal account. The prices are in the purchase page.
Free. The use of certain products or services can be associated with the acquisition of CorsairCoins. The offer of the product or service will include this information, and the number of CorsairCoins which can be acquired.
2.4 CorsairCoins account and checking your balance
Each user will have an account for consulting his or her corsaircoin balance. This account can be consulted at the website WorldofDragons.com.
2.2. Conditions of use
CORSAIRBAND will determine in advance which services and products can be acquired through the CorsairCoins service. In the offers of these products and services, CORSAIRBAND will establish specific conditions regulating each of the offered trade-ins.
Users can use their CorsairCoins balance as they choose, and according to the established conditions.
2.6. CorsairCoins expiry dates
Free CorsairCoins will expire 6 months after being acquired. Purchased CorsairCoins do not expire.
2.7 Reserved rights relating to CorsairCoins
The existence of a concrete offer available for a CorsairCoins trade-in does not constitute a commitment by CORSAIRBAND to maintain or continue to make such offers in the future;
the scope, diversity and type of online services and digital products which users can obtain in exchange for CorsairCoins may change at any time. CORSAIRBAND is not obliged to continue to make offers for CorsairCoins trade-ins.
In the case of suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activities in the acquisition of CorsairCoins, or in the management of balances, CORSAIRBAND reserves the right to cancel accounts automatically. Without prejudice to the above, CORSAIRBAND will apply all possible efforts and technological methods to ascertain if a user have acted fraudulently. If an account is cancelled and it is later found that the user committed no fraud, the account will be re-established, with the CorsairCoins it held at the time of cancellation.
If CORSAIRBAND includes CorsairCoins in a User's account for an activity which is later invalidated or cancelled, or which involves an article which was returned, these CorsairCoins will be eliminated from the account.
When users have acquired CorsairCoins, whether bought or free, they must check that CORSAIRBAND has included these CorsairCoins correctly in their account. Users have 12 months from the date on which these CorsairCoins should have been acquired to make any claims. These claims should be made to support@CORSAIRBAND.com with the subject line CorsairCoins Balance. In order to act on users claims, CORSAIRBAND may require the presentation of reasonable documentation to support the claim.
3. Limited liability
CORSAIRBAND accepts no responsibility of any kind in the following cases:
Use without consent of a payment method not owned by the user;
Use of a mobile phone belonging to a third party who has not given consent;
Incompatibility of the user's mobile phone service with the CORSAIRBAND service. Users must seek information on possible incompatibilities of their mobile phone service, as well as carefully reading Clause 4 of this document;
If the message inbox is completely full, the mobile phone will not receive more messages, and the service cannot be provided satisfactorily or the video game cannot be downloaded;
If the mobile phone is not receiving a signal and thus the service cannot function normally;
If the mobile phone has been excluded by the operator or the client from receiving this type of service;
Technical faults due to fortuitous or other causes impede the normal functioning of the service;
Website downtime, for maintenance or other reasons, impeding service availability;
Interruption of the service by third parties. Current technical advances mean that third parties can enter the website and cause disruptions. Without prejudice to the above, CORSAIRBAND makes every effort, through inclusion of the appropriate technological measures, to reduce this type of risk. However, users are informed that these incursions, although improbable, can cause changes for which CORSAIRBAND cannot be held responsible.
4. Reservation of rights
CORSAIRBAND will take all legal actions in order to claim for losses and damages, in accordance with the law. All costs for claims payable by users and which have had to be paid by CORSAIRBAND will be duly reclaimed.
The terms of these conditions can be modified. If this should take place, users will be notified by an announcement on the website.
5. Validity of these regulations
These regulations are the only ones regulating the relationship between the user and CORSAIRBAND, replacing any verbal or written agreement which may have previously governed the parties.
The clauses will be always be interpreted in such a way as to be effective. If for reasons of interpretation of these regulations, one or more clauses should become null, the others will remain fully valid.
6. Terms of use of the World of Dragons website
6.1 Use of the website
Users undertake to use CORSAIRBAND in accordance with the law, morals, generally accepted behaviour and the norms of public order. Users are obliged to refrain from using CORSAIRBAND for illicit purposes or effects, against the present regulations, harmful to the rights and interests of CORSAIRBAND or of third parties, or which in any way could harm, render unusable, overload or deteriorate CORSAIRBAND or impede its normal use or use of the products and services offered.
In order to improve its services and to benefit users, CORSAIRBAND may unilaterally, at any time and without previous notice, change the website or any particular aspect of it, or its operational, technical and usage conditions. Similarly, in order to improve the website and establish an optimum level of quality, users may suggest any changes they deem useful, by contacting the webmaster at the email address support@CORSAIRBAND.com
6.2 Intellectual Property
All information contained on the website, including the games, graphics and codes used, is protected by author's rights or other protective rights in accordance with the Royal Decree of Law 1/1996, of 12 April 1996, approving the redacted text of the Intellectual Property Law. These rights belong exclusively to CORSAIRBAND or its licensees, and thus any act of reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication, and any type of cession of all or part of the content of this website and its games, and in general of any object which according to current legislation can be protected by intellectual property regulations, are expressly excluded.
